Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the services provided by D3PLOY.ORG ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our platform, the interests of our clients, and the safety of third parties who interact with AI agents we deploy.

1. Permitted Uses

Our services may be used for:

  • Legitimate business operations within the scope of your Service Agreement;
  • Automating defined, repeatable workflows using your own data and systems;
  • Processing communications and information in compliance with applicable law and your own privacy obligations;
  • Generating business content (proposals, emails, reports) in accordance with your organisation's standards; and
  • Any other purpose expressly agreed in writing with D3PLOY.ORG.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our services, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:

2.1 Illegal Activity

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including privacy laws, consumer protection laws, financial services regulations, or anti-spam legislation;
  • Processing data in a manner that contravenes your obligations to data subjects or regulatory bodies; or
  • Facilitating, enabling, or concealing fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

2.2 Harmful Content

  • Using agents to generate, distribute, or amplify content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;
  • Generating content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity; or
  • Creating deepfakes, synthetic media designed to deceive, or impersonations of real individuals without consent.

2.3 Security Circumvention

  • Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of our platform or any third-party system without authorisation;
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code into our systems or those of third parties; or
  • Attempting to circumvent authentication, access controls, or usage limits.

2.4 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

  • Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) in violation of applicable anti-spam laws, including the Australian Spam Act 2003;
  • Using agents to conduct mass outreach to individuals who have not consented to receive communications; or
  • Harvesting, compiling, or purchasing contact lists for bulk distribution in contravention of privacy laws.

2.5 Competitor Intelligence Scraping

  • Using our platform to systematically scrape, extract, or harvest data from third-party websites in violation of their terms of service;
  • Deploying agents to collect proprietary information, trade secrets, or confidential data belonging to competitors or other third parties without authorisation; or
  • Using outputs to engage in anti-competitive behaviour or unlawful market practices.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all individuals within your organisation who interact with or benefit from our services are aware of and comply with this AUP;
  • Maintaining appropriate oversight of agent activities to ensure they operate within the intended scope;
  • Promptly reporting any suspected misuse or policy violations to us at hello@d3ploy.org; and
  • Ensuring you have obtained all necessary consents and rights in relation to data that your agents process.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor agent activity, usage patterns, and outputs to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with this AUP, investigate suspected violations, and maintain the security and integrity of our platform.

We are not obligated to routinely monitor all agent activity, but where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation, we may investigate and take action accordingly.

5. Consequences of Violation

If we reasonably determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any or all of the following actions:

  • Issue a written warning;
  • Suspend specific agent functions or your access to the platform;
  • Terminate your engagement, with or without notice;
  • Report conduct to relevant regulatory authorities where legally required; and/or
  • Seek damages or other legal remedies for losses caused by the violation.

Termination for breach does not relieve you of any payment obligations that have accrued to the date of termination.
