What to expect
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Setup is included in all engagements. There is no surprise onboarding fee. What we quote is what you pay — and you won't see a bill until you're completely comfortable with the proposal.
How are agents billed — per task, per month, or per agent?
We structure engagements as monthly managed service retainers, not per-task billing. This gives you predictable costs and aligns our incentives with your outcomes — we want your agents working hard.
What happens if we need more agents?
Expanding your agent workforce is seamless. We will scope the new agent, configure it, and add it to your managed environment. Growth and Enterprise clients have preferred turnaround times for expansions.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. We operate on rolling monthly agreements with reasonable notice periods. We build long-term relationships, not lock-in contracts — our focus is on making sure you get value every month.
